Please print, complete and include the paperwork "Blaze returns information" when returning your package.  


If you are posting from within the UK, we have a prepaid postage label below for warranty claims.  This will not work for overseas postage.  Ensure that your return address is on the package and we recommend that you also get a proof of postage receipt, which can be obtained for free from the Post Office.
